The hotel had high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches like ground coffee and kitchen essentials. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The cozy atmosphere and gas fireplace added a nice touch. It was also a short walk to the ski lifts and a variety of restaurants and bars. Definitely a great option for a Whistler getaway!

Despite the small size of the room, I found it cozy and was able to make the most of the space. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to clear and detailed instructions. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

While there were a few minor issues during my stay, such as a broken AC vent and missing window blinds, I reported them to the staff and they were quick to address the situation. The only downside was the lack of immediate resolution for these issues, which affected my sleep quality.

There was some damage to the room that was not visible in the site photos, and the blinds were missing from one window, making it difficult to sleep and causing the room to be hotter. The repair issue was not resolved and I did not receive a response regarding a partial refund.
